30-Day Unretained-Lead Reactivation Campaign
Goal
Collect at least $75,000 by September 9, 2026 from leads who previously called or consulted with Driggs Immigration Law but did not hire the firm.
Working mix:
- 9 E-2 engagements × $6,500 initial payment = $58,500.
- 9 family engagements × $2,000 average initial payment = $18,000.
- Total = $76,500.
Maintain at least $112,500 of qualified potential initial payments in the active pipeline.
Phase 1 inclusion criteria
Include leads who:
- Called, emailed, submitted an inquiry, or completed a consultation.
- Did not sign an engagement agreement or pay an initial fee.
- Appeared to involve an E-2 or family immigration need the firm may currently accept.
- Have usable contact information.
Priority order:
- Completed a consultation with Andrew but did not hire.
- Spoke with Andrew or Yesenia but did not schedule/complete a consultation.
- Submitted an inquiry and received a response but stopped engaging.
Exclude:
- Current or former clients.
- Referral-only contacts.
- Leads who hired another firm when known.
- Poor-fit matter types.
- Duplicate records, hostile contacts, and anyone who opted out or requested no further communication.
Required Prima fields
Lead ID; first/last name; email; phone; preferred language; inquiry date; consultation date; matter type; lead status; disposition/lost reason; last contact date; assigned owner; notes; referral source; do-not-contact indicator.
Priority score
Score each lead 0–2 on:
- Recency.
- E-2/family fit.
- Prior engagement depth.
- Evidence of readiness or urgency.
- Ability/readiness to pay based only on existing factual records, without discriminatory assumptions.
8–10 = Priority A; 5–7 = Priority B; 0–4 = exclude or later nurture.

Launch sequence

Day 2: staff sends remaining Priority A and highest Priority B contacts.
Day 3: first follow-up to nonresponders.
Day 7: final follow-up and forecast review.
Days 8–30: consultation, engagement, payment, and targeted reactivation follow-up.
Controls
- No referral campaign in Phase 1.
- No current/former-client cross-selling in Phase 1.
