Phase 1 audience: Leads who previously called, emailed, submitted an inquiry, or consulted with Driggs Immigration Law but did not hire.
1. Data Export — Yesenia
- ☐ Export unretained leads from Prima.
- ☐ Include leads who completed a consultation but did not hire.
- ☐ Include leads who spoke with Andrew or Yesenia but did not complete a consultation.
- ☐ Include leads who submitted an inquiry, received a response, and stopped engaging.
- ☐ Include available fields: lead ID, name, email, phone, preferred language, inquiry date, consultation date, matter type, lead status, lost reason, last contact date, owner, notes, referral source, and do-not-contact status.
- ☐ Exclude current clients.
- ☐ Exclude former clients and referral-source outreach.
- ☐ Exclude poor-fit matters, duplicates, opt-outs, and do-not-contact records.

2. Capacity and Reporting — Louise

5. Outreach Execution — Yesenia

- ☐ Record the outreach date, channel, and message version in the tracker.
- ☐ Respond promptly to interested leads during business hours.
- ☐ Schedule appropriate consultations.
- ☐ Send Day 3 follow-ups to eligible nonresponders.
